В настоящее время в турбазе действуют семь модульных домиков для комфортного проживания 2-3 человек в каждом со всеми удобствами (душ, туалет, кухня, интернет, телевизор, холодильник и т.д.). Есть отдельная территория для палаточников с общественным санитарным блоком общего пользования. Имеется и действует Сауна, Баня-бочка, Чан и Центр проката туристического оборудования. Территория базы огорожена, охраняется, ведётся видеонаблюдение.
Турбаза расположена в Национальном парке «Иремель», в непосредственной близости к вершинам гор: “Иремель, “Аваляк”, “Баштур”, “Кумардак”, “Сундуки”, ”Инзерские Зубчатки”, ”Бакты”, ”Нары”; рекам: Малый Авняр, Большой Авняр, Белая на маршруте «Южноуральской тропы». Для заброски на вершины имеется вездеходы и снегоходы. Для сплавов есть лодки и другое туристическое оборудование. Для проката есть велосипеды.
