Advantages:

Много спальных мест, достаточно просторно. Квартира теплая. Всегда есть место для парковки во дворе. В целом чисто. Но ничего лишнего. Хозяйка приветливая. Был потерян предыдущими жильцами пульт от тв, на следующий день хозяйка принесла новый. Сломалась табуретка, сразу заменили.

Disadvantages:

Маловато нужной утвари на кухне. Ложек-вилок, тарелок нормального размера. Отсутствуют такие мелочи, как пробка от ванной)), ложка для обуви в прихожей. Единственный малюсенький нож на кухне… вроде не принципиально, а в такие вещи упираешься.
